Everyone goes home safe. Every day.
Offshore work carries real risk. We manage it with clear rules, trained people and a culture where speaking up is expected, not tolerated. Safety is the first item on every agenda and the last check before every job.
Our commitments
- Stop Work Authority
- Every person on a Gray Coast job, employee or subcontractor, has the right and the duty to stop work they believe is unsafe. No one is ever penalised for using it.
- Plan before we act
- Every task is risk assessed before it starts. Hazards are identified, controls are agreed and everyone involved understands the plan.
- Competent people only
- Our teams hold the training and certification their roles demand, including BOSIET offshore survival training and GWO certificates for wind work. We keep those records current and auditable.
- Learn from everything
- We report and investigate near misses as seriously as incidents. Lessons are shared across the company, quickly.
- Protect the environment
- We plan our work to prevent spills, reduce waste and limit our impact on the marine environment.
Our management system
Our health, safety and environmental management system is built to the requirements of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. It aligns with the standards our clients use, so our people can work inside client systems without friction.
Our performance
We measure lost-time injury frequency and total recordable incident rate on every project and review them with our clients. We share our current figures with clients and partners on request.
